Terms & Conditions:

1. CDP code 2289990 must be quoted at the time of reservation. CDP refers to corporate discount program. Once the code is used, the sales price that is shown already includes the discount.
2. Offer available only for bookings made between 3 March 2025 and 27 April 2025 for rentals commencing between 3 March 2025 and 31 July 2025.
3. Offer available at all participating locations in Australia, New Zealand, Europe* and North America (USA and Canada). *Europe includes: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain Mainland and United Kingdom
4. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to vehicle pickup in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, USA and Canada.
5. Applicable discount offer and rental period restrictions:
   • Australia: Up to 20% off Time & Kilometre charges only. Minimum 1 day rental for a maximum rental period of 28 consecutive days.
   •   New Zealand: Up to 15% off Time & Kilometre charges only. Minimum 1 day rental for a maximum rental period of 28 consecutive days.
   • Europe: Up to 10% off Time & Kilometre charges only. Minimum 1 day rental for a maximum rental period of 28 consecutive days.
   • North America (USA and Canada): Up to 20% off Time & Kilometre charges only. Minimum 5 days rental for a maximum rental period of 28 consecutive days.
6. Rental days are based on a twenty-four (24) hour period.
7.  A fifty-nine (59) minute grace period is allowed for returns. Returns outside the grace period will be charged up to an extra day rental fee.
8. Offer excludes taxes, fees, optional products and services, fuel, additional charges such as airport taxes and sundry fees and the GST that applies to these charges.
9. This offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount promotion, special offer or coupon.
10. Offer is not applicable on pay now, contract, tours, government, or insurance replacement rentals.
11. Offer applies to the vehicle groups as per that specific region:
    • Australia: Intermediate Auto (C), Fullsize Auto (D), Fullsize Hybrid (D2), Compact Auto (H), Compact Hybrid (H2), Compact SUV (G), Compact SUV Hybrid (G2), Intermediate SUV 2WD (I), Intermediate SUV Hybrid (J2), Intermediate SUV AWD (V), Standard Auto (S), Premium Wagon Auto (P1), Large SUV 7-Seater (E1), Large SUV Hybrid (E2), People Mover 8-Seater Van (T), Mobility Van (T1) 
    • New Zealand: Compact Auto (D), Compact Hybrid (D2), Full size Hybrid (F2), Compact SUV (G), Compact SUV (G2), Premium Wagon AWD (H), Intermediate 2WD SUV (I), Intermediate 4WD (J), Intermediate SUV Hybrid (J2), Premium 4WD (M), Luxury 8-Seater (K), 12 Passenger Van (X), Standard Sports EV (E2)
    • Europe: All car groups
    • North America (USA and Canada): Standard car classes, Q4, L, and EVs
12. All vehicles are subject to availability at time of booking.
13. Offer is not applicable on Hertz Collections.
14. Vehicle models may differ, and specifications may vary by location. Vehicles can be reserved by car group only and not by particular car model or colour. Fleet subject to change without notice.
15.  One-way rentals are available between selected locations.
16.  Minimum rental age applies, and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year prior to pick-up date (exceptions apply).
17. A valid eligible NAB personal credit or debit card must be presented during car pickup and for payment.
18. Hertz standard terms and conditions, driver, rental, and credit qualifications in effect at the time and place of rental apply.
19. Blackout periods may apply - please check at time of Reservation.
20. Modifying your reservation may result in a change in your rate and/or invalidate this offer.
21. Hertz reserve the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice. Offer terms and conditions subject to change. NAB will communicate any variations, terminations, or extensions of this Offer to you on nab.com.au/goodies or through other electronic communications such as email or the NAB app. Circumstances where prior notice may not be possible include where we are affected by events outside of NAB’s control.
22. NAB or Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by Hertz or for any loss whatsoever of any nature suffered by any cardholder, including claims.
