1 Discount applies to pay later base rate time and mileage charges. Taxes, fees and options excluded. Additional terms and exclusions apply.
2 Taxes and fees excluded. Loss Damage Waiver (vehicle protection) waives the renter’s responsibility for all damage to the Hertz rental car, regardless of fault, provided the renter is not in violation of the Rental Agreement. At participating locations, LDW is optional at $15/day unless a lower rate is mandated by law. Applies to all car classes except Collection Fleet (Adrenaline, Prestige, Dream) and Electric/EV car group. Applies on all rates except Tour Rates, Insurance Replacement Rates and Dealer Service Loaner Rates.
3 Roadside service included on business rentals only at U.S. corporate airport locations and U.S. participating licensee airport locations. Premium Emergency Roadside Assistance reduces your financial liability for services required to remedy non-mechanical problems of the vehicle and/or problems resulting from an accident or collision.
4 Additional driver included when renting on business. Additional driver must have a valid driver’s license, a credit card in their own name and meet standard rental qualifications.
