Terms & Conditions

1. Offer is valid for bookings of self-drive rentals on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from 31 October to 14 November 2016, and vehicle pickups by 15 December 2016.
2. Offer is valid at participating locations worldwide and on a variety of car groups, but may vary by location and country and subject to availability.  Additional restrictions may apply by country.  For full details, click here.
3. Offer is subject to a minimum rental of 2 days and a maximum rental of 14 days.
4. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
5. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
6. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rentals in Asia).
7. Present your Asia Miles or Marco Polo Club membership card at the rental counter.
8. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
9. Offer is not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
10. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
11. Standard blackout dates apply.
12. All rentals are subject to Hertz standard terms and conditions.
13. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
