Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer is valid for booking of self-drive rentals on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from 1 July to 30 September 2024 for vehicle pickups at participating locations by 31 October 2024.
  2. Rentals in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are subject to a minimum rental of 5 days for 3X Miles offer.
  3. Offer is valid on all car groups except economy and compact in USA and all car groups in Australia and New Zealand, excluding Hertz Collections.  
  4. Rentals in Europe are subject to a minimum rental of 1 day and is valid on all car groups.
  5. Rental in Asia are subject to a minimum rental of 3 days for 2X Miles offer.
  6. Offer is valid on all car groups in Asia, excluding Hertz Collections.  
  7. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
  8. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
  9. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rental in Asia).
  10. Present your applicable frequent flyer membership card at the rental counter.
  11. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
  12. Offer is not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
  13. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  14. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
  15. Standard blackout dates apply.
