Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion Code (PC) 210402 must be quoted at the time of reservation.
  2. Offer is valid for self-drive rentals on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from now till 30 November 2023, for car pickup till 15 December 2023 at all participating locations in USA and Canada.
  3. Offer is valid on Large Sedan and above car groups and is subject to a minimum 8 days rental.
  4. Vehicle models may differ and specifications may vary by location. Vehicles can be reserved by car group only and not by particular car model or colour. Fleet subject to change without notice.
  5. Maximum one free day per rental.
  6. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior departure.
  7. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year.
  8. Offer applies to time and mileage only and does not apply to taxes, fees and optional services.
  9. Offer is not applicable on domestic rentals. 
  10. The offer's validity is based on the timezone in the United States.
  11. No other rates, discounts or promotions can be used concurrently.
  12. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
  13. Standard blackout dates apply.
