Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer is valid for self-drive rentals bookings made on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) from 1 May to 30 June 2024 for vehicle pickups at participating locations from 1 July 2024 to 31 August 2024. 
  2. Offer is valid for rentals with the applicable CDP number, PC number and a valid Royal orchid Plus membership number of the renter.
  3. 1,000 Miles + 15% off: Subject to a minimum 3 days rental. Miles stated is the total miles earned, inclusive of 500 base miles. Offer is valid on Compact and above car groups for Europe. 
  4. 1,000 Miles + 10% off: Subject to a minimum 3 days rental. Miles stated is the total miles earned, inclusive of 500 base miles. Offer is valid on all car groups for rentals in Australia and New Zealand; All excluding Economy and Compact for rentals in USA and Canada. 
  5. 500 miles + 10% off: Subject to a minimum of 3 days rental in Rentals in Asia. Miles stated is the total miles earned, inclusive of 250 base miles. Offer is valid on all car groups for rentals in Asia.
  6. Discounts apply to all mandatory rental costs excluding taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates. 
  7. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
  8. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rental in Asia).
  9. Present your Royal Orchid Plus membership card at the rental counter.
  10. Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
  11. Offer is not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
  12. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
  13. Offer is not applicable on domestic rentals
  14. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
  15. Standard blackout dates apply.
