Rented a Hertz car but forgotten to claim your miles?
Simply submit a Retroactive Credit Request Form online within 6 months upon completion of rental. If the rental qualifies for credit, the appropriate information will be forwarded to the respective frequent travel partner. The partner will post credit for qualifying rentals to your account within approximately 6 to 8 weeks from your rental return date.

What is a CDP number?
A Counter Discount Program (CDP) that identifies you as qualifying for a special discount on your Hertz rentals.
What is a PC number?
The Promotion Code (PC) is a six-digit number that is associated with a special offer or promotion. This number is required to apply the special offer to your rental.
How can I ensure that I will be credited with frequent flyer miles for my Hertz rentals?
Include your frequent traveler membership number at time of reservation or present your frequent traveler membership card at rental counter. If the rental qualifies for credit, the appropriate information will be forwarded to the respective frequent travel partner. The partner will post credit for qualifying rentals to your account within approximately 6 to 8 weeks from your rental return date.
If your frequent traveler membership number was not indicated on your reservation or rental, you may request retroactive credit to be processed on past rentals. See "Retroactive Credit Request Form" above.
