Airport Transfers and Pickup in Guam

Guam International Airport and Main office(Donwtown) offer customer pickup and Airport Transfer services. Pre-booking must be made at least 24 hours prior pickup and all bookings can be made via locations phone numbers and email hertzairport@triplejguam.com 

Benefits

• Our professional chauffeur will meet and escort you to the car rental location. Note, vehicle delivery is not possible.
• We can also arrange free transfers to the airport after car return.

Hours of Operation

*Pick-up service are allowed only for a total of two people, including a customer who want to register as additional drivers at location.
(Exception: in the case of a four-person family with two children who cannot leave their children alone in a hotel, are accompanied by infants, or need to pay car seats with children)
*Please note in advance that the total time required, such as pickup, rental, and hotel transfer service, takes about an hour.

Guam Airport Office

Due to the influence of Pandemic, ordinary passengers cannot wait for a long time inside Guam International Airport, so they must visit the Hertz counter within two hours of arrival at the airport. Please visit Hertz counter immediately after entry procedure, and if you visit the counter later than the scheduled pickup time, it may be difficult to pick up.

Terms & Conditions

• Airport transfer service only applies to hotels located in the areas of Tumon and Tamuning. It is not available at Leopalace and Guest House or Airbnb.
