1. Make your booking on this website
2. Select "Scandinavian Airlines (SAS)" from drop-down list on the last step of the booking process where you enter your contact details
3. Enter your SAS EuroBonus membership number
4. Show your EuroBonus card at the Hertz counter when you pick up your car
